Job Description

Experience : 5-8 years Shifts - Rotational ( Including Night Shifts) Working Days Monday to Friday (Sat Sun fixed off) Responsibilities Exposure in global client handling process (respond to retail and professional clients" queries via email, chats, and inbound calls.) Gain thorough knowledge of products offered by IB on various global exchanges Assist clients with opening and funding accounts Enlighten clients on different features of the Trader Workstation Explain margin requirements to clients Investigate trade issues and order executions Understanding the impact of securities legislation on customers Note : Capital market experience is a desirable and English communication skills (both written & verbal) must be excellent.
