Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Subsea Design Manager located in Bengaluru. The Subsea Design Manager will be responsible for leading the subsea design team to deliver safe, efficient, and effective subsea designs for a range of offshore oil and gas projects. The role requires the ability to lead the team in the development of robust. and compliant subsea design of all projects, providing technical guidance and mentoring to subordinates, and driving quality and innovation in the team's designs. Qualifications Experience in subsea design, including the ability to lead a team of designers Proficient computer skills, including experience with 3D design software, Office suite, and data analysis software Experience with regulations and industry standards governing offshore oil and gas design and construction, including API, ISO, and ASME Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical information Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Structural, Ocean or Marine engineering Minimum 15+ years of experience in offshore oil and gas industry with 5+years of deepwater project
