We're seeking a talented and motivated fresher with a passion for digital marketing to join our dynamic team as a Digital Marketing Executive. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience across key marketing disciplines, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media, and Web Design, all while enjoying the flexibility of a position.

What you'll do:

 SEM:

 

1.    Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads

2.    Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

3.    Create compelling ad copy and landing pages that drive conversions.

4.    Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

 

  Social Media:

 

1.    Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across platforms like Face book, Instagram and LinkedIn.

2.    Create high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.

3.    Collaborate with the graphic designer to curate captivating creatives and reels.

4.    Manage and grow our social media communities.

5.    Analyze social media performance and track key metrics.

 

  Web Design:

 

1.    Collaborate with designers and developers to improve the user experience of our website.

2.    Identify opportunities for conversion optimization.

3.    Stay up-to-date on the latest web design trends and best practices.

 

  You're a perfect fit if you:

 

1.    Recent completion of a digital marketing course or certification.

2.    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

3.    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

4.    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5.    Creative mindset and passion for storytelling.

6.    Proficient in basic digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads manager).
