Network Engineer - Telecom/ ISP - Jaipur Details: Responsible for working in a 24x7 Helpdesk support Centre located Jaipur. Customer Support level 1/2/3 supports calls and troubleshoot problems. Building network topology for leased line customers and providing end-user Internet solutions. Monitoring round the clock Business Critical Applications, Servers & Network devices. Monitoring & Alerting to improve IT performance and uptime. Supported Technologies Routers Switches, Firewall, Windows, Linux OS Skills Required: Computer Engineer / EC Engineering Or Overall 2-4 years of experience in Computer Networking.
