Job Description

: Have experience in Data Center Management and Operations (Compute, Storage, Network, Security, Middleware, Web, Backup, Process & Compliance) Experience in handling End User Computing and Service Desk Support Knowledge on Cloud (AWS, Azure) Should have handled Program Management, client interface and exposure. Team leading capabilities and people management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written); Should possess an understanding of macro business environment, trends, and competition. Creatively apply business and technical knowledge to enable, support and review all aspects of change in the service. Should have excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive lasting relationships, even in difficult situations, with diverse people spanning internal/external organizations. Should have excellent verbal. written and presentation skills. A can-do and enthusiastic attitude toward work and customers Ensure adequate communication with the customer(s) for all service-related inquiries and issues. Assist in defining service models and in assessing the impact of new services or changes to existing services. Liaise with the appropriate Process Owners throughout the service lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Provide input into service performance, availability etc Serve as the point of escalation IT Operations. Participate in internal service review meetings and external service review meetings (with the business/customer) Administer the project board Drive/manage subcontractors/third party providers required for service delivery Assist with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) relating to the service/platform Presents metrics and SLA reports to senior management Excellent in Team Management and People Management Prior Experience 12 - 15 Years experience in IT Service Delivery 10 years or more in IT Infrastructure Delivery Management and support roles Education Graduate (IT Graduates, MBA Business Administration is preferred) Certification ITIL Certified Professional PMP/Prince2 Certification will be an added advantage Attributes Customer-focused Excellent People management skills Excellent written and spoken skills (English), active listening skills Able to articulate and speak with clear voice Excellent knowledge of IT Infrastructure Able to deal with stress
