Position for : Founder's Office Responsibilities 1.Brand Strategy: - Develop and execute comprehensive personal brand strategies. - Align personal brand initiatives with organisational goals and values. 2.Content Development & Online Presence: - Create and help execute compelling content, including articles, blog posts, and social media updates, to reinforce expertise and thought leadership. - Manage, curate and post content on social media platforms. - Optimising existing content for extended reach through strategic repackaging. 3.Networking & Outreach: - Identify and leverage networking opportunities to enhance personal brand visibility. - Facilitate speaking engagements, panel discussions, and workshops. - Develop outreach strategies, build and maintain relationships with key influencers, industry professionals, and media outlets. - Secure media coverage wherever possible to amplify the personal brand and expertise. 4.Monitoring and Reporting: - Implement tools for. monitoring branding - Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of personal brand strategies. 5.Collaboration: - Work collaboratively with the marketing and communication teams to ensure alignment with overall branding efforts. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Similar experience in managing personal branding, preferred. Knowledge of education sector will be an added advantage. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation. Excellent Communication skills, should have the ability to articulate and convey personal brand messages effectively. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
