Job Description

Overview The Staff Nurse plays a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to patients within the healthcare organization. They are responsible for administering medication, assisting physicians during medical procedures, and ensuring the overall well-being of patients. Additionally, they collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create and implement effective care plans. Key Responsibilities Administering medications and treatments to patients Assessing patients" conditions and recording observations Assisting physicians during examinations and medical procedures Providing emotional support and guidance to patients and their families Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans Monitoring and evaluating patient responses to treatments and care plans Ensuring the maintenance of accurate medical records and documentation Participating in patient education and discharge planning Adhering to. all healthcare and safety regulations Assuming leadership responsibilities when necessary Participating in quality improvement initiatives Remaining updated on the latest healthcare practices and technologies Contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment Assisting in emergency medical situations Continuously enhancing clinical skills and knowledge Required Qualifications Valid RN license Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent CPR certification Strong clinical skills and knowledge Ability to work well within a team and independently Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Compassionate and empathetic nature Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a clinical setting Understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively Skills: patient care,clinical skills,teamwork,critical thinking,compassion
