Job Description

We are hiring for a Customer Service Associate for a voice process in Gurgaon and Jaipur. This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates looking to grow in the customer support domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries effectively.
Maintain a professional and courteous tone while interacting with customers.

Requirements:

Freshers or experienced candidates in customer support are welcome.
Graduation is mandatory.
Communication skills: Proficiency in spoken English.
Shift Timing: Rotational
