Job Description

Responsibilities: Research & Identify the potential vendors Compare and evaluate offersfrom suppliers Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing Track orders and ensure timely delivery Review quality of purchased products Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases & ERP Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions Requisite Skills: Confident and Aggressive Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Knowledge of functioning of Purchase & SCM MS Office proficiency Desired Skills: Being performance-driven and focused on results Ability to self-motivate and motivate others Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate/Diploma Mechanical. Relevant Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years CTC per annum: 2.50 Lakhs to 4.00 Lakhs Total
