Position Overview: We are seeking a Project Coordinator/ Manager who has a proven track record in managing Embedded System, preferably within a startup environment. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, creative thinking, and leadership skills to effectively drive our projects from ideation to launch. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or management for embedded or IT projects. Strong track record in a. startup environment, demonstrating agility and adaptability. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and align diverse teams. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities. Leadership skills with experience in guiding cross-functional teams. Analytical and detail-oriented approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, particularly focusing on Embedded System. Track project progress, identify and address potential issues proactively, and implement corrective actions promptly. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, marketers, and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Manage assigned projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet all scope, budget, and schedule requirements. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and challenges. Prepare and present clear and concise project status reports to stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and potential challenges. Identify, negotiate and manage resource requirements within delegated projects Work closely with Developers, Quality, Engineering, and cross-functional team to resolve issues that arise during design, implementation and in post-production. Work with external and internal partners on integration and product expansion opportunities. Manage multiple projects, tasks, and resources through effective organization, prioritization, and time management practices to meet operational objectives. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in embedded software and hardware development.
