Senior Salesforce Project Manager @ Sharp Point

Job Description

Position: Sr. Salesforce Project Manager Location: Hyderabad | Chennai Mode: Full-Time Skills and Experience 10+ years of experience in Agile Software development as a Project or Program Manager Experience leading projects consisting of 10 or more people, or $1MM+ in budget. Must have executed at least 5 full life cycle, end-to-end Salesforce implementations. Experience in all phases of product, software, and testing lifecycles Ability to serve as a liaison between both business and technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions that fulfil both strategic and operational needs. Strong and effective communication skills: Ability to lead and communicate with a wide variety of team members and client roles + drive clarity on roles and accountability. Strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills; a rigorous approach to project management to deliver enterprise-level projects in ambiguous environments. Extensive experience leading all Agile. ceremonies including sprint grooming, planning, stand-ups, reviews/demos, and retrospectives. Strong track record of proficiency in Agile implementations using JIRA with the ability to quickly drive numerous high-quality releases into production. A history of mentoring and/or teaching others around work plan development, progress tracking, time tracking, status reporting, financial and risk management Experience creating Road Maps that provide clients with a vision of their implementation and helping them to transform their business processes be executing against those roadmaps
