Role: Recruitment Co-Ordinator ( Contract role)

What would you do at Navi

• End-to-end coordination of recruitment drives being conducted pan India.
• Flexibility to travel anywhere and anytime for recruitment drives.
• Pre-screening of candidates, setting up interviews both virtual and in-person, and completing the loops for the candidates.
• Extensive following up with candidates, internal stakeholders and having timely communication with them.
• Assisting recruiters in various activities like administrative tasks, interview scheduling, meeting logistics, and other recruitment functions.
• Maintaining real-time updates and data accuracy for reporting analysis.

What skills do you need for this role

• 0-2 years experience
• Freshers with strong academics who have the zeal to hustle, and get the job done.
