The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer support, customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive customer experience. They will act as a liaison between customers and the service team and. will work to resolve customer complaints / requests, promptly and effectively. Qualifications Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Read & understand Hindi, English & Marathi Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues and superiors Experience working in a customer-facing role is a plus.
