Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: To guarantee client happiness and retention, one must be able to explain the loan product and offer first-rate customer care.
-Feedback and follow-up with customers after their first meeting.
-Enter client information in the CRM.
-Make time for the sales team to meet with potential clients.


The ideal candidate profile would be:

-The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills and a background in finance.
-The candidate needs to be a graduate in any field and possess strong persuasion and sales abilities. employment experience in loan sales that is pertinent.
-It is preferred that candidates have experience in banking and insurance.
