Company Description Origin Logistics is 3 PL company engaged in providing Warehousing and Distribution services to its clients. It was started around 15 years back and Head quartered out of Mumbai. We provide complete end to end solutions to our esteemed customers. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Mumbai. The role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, documenting customer interactions, and providing information about company products and services. The Customer Service Representative must have strong communication skills, be able to multitask, and provide excellent service to customers. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred Experience in a customer service role preferred, but not required Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Attention to. detail and accuracy Problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues Familiarity with Microsoft Office and customer service software systems
