Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Customer Care at our New Delhi office. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer support and handling customer inquiries via phone and email. They will also be responsible for managing customer experience to promote brand loyalty and coordinate with logistics agency for timely delivery. Qualifications Customer Service and Customer Support skills Exceptional phone etiquette skills Ability to ensure customer satisfaction Ability to maintain excel sheets systematically. Experience in managing customer experience to promote brand loyalty Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in the beauty industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
