Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Customer Care at our New Delhi office. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer support and handling customer inquiries via phone and email. They will also be responsible for managing customer experience to promote brand loyalty and coordinate with logistics agency for timely delivery.
