Role Description Shift Time- 1.30PM-10.30PM. This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at our Noida office. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for resolving customer queries using multiple communication channels, ensuring customer satisfaction, building customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. Other. responsibilities include handling customer complaints, processing orders, tracking and resolving issues, and updating customer information. Qualifications Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills Excellent listening and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Strong problem-solving skills Familiarity with basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications Fluency in spoken and written English and Hindi; additional language skills are a plus Minimum of a high school diploma, equivalent GED, or higher education Prior experience in customer service or related field is preferred
