Job Description

Job Title: HR Recruiter BPO

Location: [C.P-4/2, RATANKHAND,SHRADA NAGAR YOJNA,LUCKNOW Opposite to Lucknow Public Collegiate Ruchikhand Sharda nagar Yojna,Aashiyana Uttar Pradesh 226012 ]

Salary: 25,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with a background in BPO recruitment to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates to meet our organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and employee referrals.Outsource Accelerator+7Indeed+7Expertia+7
Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
Candidate Management: Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment status.
Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in HR recruitment, preferably within the BPO industry.
