Tech Mahindra is hiring for US Voice Process (Inbound customer service + Upselling)

Looking for an immediate Joiner

Location: Malad

Shift Window: 24/7 (rotational 9.5 hrs of shift

Working days: 5 days working, 2 rotational week off

Fresher can apply with excellent communication skill

Role & responsibilities -

Provide customer support for VOICE for international customers.

• Resolve customer queries and requests.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Regularly review customer feedback and take measures to improve customer service.

Key skills:

• Fluent in communication skills.
• Good knowledge of computer
• Ready to work in night shift
• Ready to work in voice process

Company will provide one way cab facility
