Job Description - Closure (BIW)
Closure BIW- (FR & RR Doors, Bonnet / Hood, Fender & Tail Gate)
Technical skills
Product Design & Development Skills -
1. Experience in Design & Development - Closure BIW- (FR & RR Doors, Bonnet / Hood, Fender & Tail Gate)
2. Very Good Skills in Catia V5 / V6- Surface, Assembly, Solid Modeling, Annotation & Drafting, etc.
3. Experience in Style Surface Feasibility & Analysis i.e. Tooling Feasibility, ECE R26 Regulation Evaluation, Etc.
4. Creating concept proposals, Packaging Study , Benchmarking , Joining Processes, Assembly Process, etc
5 Understanding of Sheet metal part Operations - Piercing, Blanking, Forming, Drawing, Trimming etc. for tooling feasibility.
6. Should have experience in DFx ( Design for Mfg., assembly & Serviceability)
7. Knowledge in tooling, fixings, Materials, GD & T, Stack up DFMEA, DVP etc. will be preferable
8. Experience on PLM - Connect, Data Management Systems, Data release system, Data delivery System, etc
Presentation & Documentation skills

Closures - Mechanism (WWR, Seal, Latch, Check Strap, Handales, Glassses, GRM, Weatherstrips, Struts, Stopper, etc. )
Technical skills
Product Design & Development Skills -
1. Experience in Design & Development - Closures - Mechanism (WWR, Seal, Latch, Check Strap, Handales, Glassses, GRM, Weatherstrips, Struts, Stopper, etc. )
2. Very Good Skills in Catia V5 / V6- Surface, Assembly, Solid Modeling & Drafting. , Experience on PLM - Connect
3. Creating concept proposals Packaging Study with surrounding parts, Benchmarking Study and Analysis, Joining Processes, etc.
4. Creating the envelope, Feasibility check with the envelope,

3. Should be able to give advance inputs to Internal teams & Customer to resolve the issues.
4. Strong communication , Presentation & Documentation skillse & responsibilities
