Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for Order Inflow at Budgeted margins as per the annual business targets.
- Identify, plan and implement business strategies for the overall growth of assigned territories / clients / in business segments.
- Develop strategies for key targets and competitive accounts and communicate current market intelligence back to the business, along with field concerns, issues and requirements.
- Track and communicate market trends to/from the field including competitor data, and develop and lead effective counter-strategies.
- Plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and accomplish the work to meet departmental productivity and quality goals.
- Make excellent relationship with Customers, Conduct Monthly Review with Customers for early project detection & opportunities.
- Provide leadership to sales team through the formulation and execution of plans to meet assigned KPI metrics
- Provide coaching, training & guidance to team members.
A. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in engineering. Masters in Business Administration is preferred.
B. Minimum Experience:
- At least 10 years of relevant industry experience and min 5 years experience.
C. Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
- Good knowledge in the DCS/PLC/SIS architecture and configuration, Instrumentation and Analyzer Packages
- Good knowledge of Telecom Backbone Infrastructure: LAN/WAN, SDH, VSAT, MW etc.
- Understanding of CCTV, Access Control System and Physical Security.
- Must have strong background in seizing opportunities to gain market share against strong incumbents.
- Strong Hunter instinct and strong track record of sales achievement in the Industrial Automation
- Good leadership skills with experience of achieving and motivating team to get good results
- Customer oriented and has passion for service
- Must be a go-getter with killer instinct.
- Must have a valid Indian Driving License.
