Job Description:

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer (FSE) to join our team at the Pitampura (Tata Power) location. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience handling desktop-related issues, with strong knowledge in hardware and networking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop and laptop issues (hardware & software).
• Manage and maintain LAN/WAN, IP configuration, and basic networking.
• Installation and configuration of operating systems, antivirus, and other software.
• Handle hardware components like printers, scanners, and routers.
• Provide on-site technical support and maintenance services.
• Document service reports and update issue logs as required.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop support or a similar field role.
• Strong knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting, and system installation.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle fieldwork independently.

Preferred:

• Candidates who can join immediately or within short notice.
