Solution Architect @ Silver Touch

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect to design, develop, and implement robust solutions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecture design, team leadership, and hands-on expertise in modern technology stacks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design scalable solutions tailored to business needs across Government, Public, and Private sectors.
• Lead a team of Solution Architects, DBAs, Application Specialists, and Hardware Specialists to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance on technology stacks including Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, and other relevant frameworks.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable and efficient system architectures.
• Conduct architectural reviews, performance tuning, and optimization for applications.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Educational Background: Minimum B.Tech/BE/MCA.
• Certifications: Any leading IT architect certification in the proposed technology domain.
• Experience: At least 10 years of solution architecture experience with minimum 5 projects successfully delivered.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, and other relevant technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
