Drupal Developer @ Silver Touch

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Drupal-based websites and application
• Create and modify custom modules and themes in Drupal 9/10
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
• Implement responsive, accessible front-end interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Integrate Drupal with external APIs and third-party services
• Perform regular site maintenance, performance optimization, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with designers, QA, and backend developers to deliver high-quality solutions
• Adhere to coding standards and participate in code reviews
• Write clear and comprehensive documentation

Preferred candidate profile

• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in Drupal development
• Strong knowledge of Drupal 9/10 architecture, theming, and custom module development
• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Twig
• Experience with version control tools like Git
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Composer, and Drush
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and agile development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and team collaboration skills
• Experience with headless Drupal and decoupled architectures
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js
• Contribution to the Drupal open-source community
• Understanding of SEO, accessibility, and website security best practices
