Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day function of the HR department, which includes recruitment, performance management, training and development, employee relations, compliance, and compensation and benefits administration. Additionally, they will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state, and national regulations. Qualifications Experience in HR management, recruitment, and employee relations Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures Experience with compensation, benefits, and payroll administration . Skills in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Knowledge of local, state, and national employment laws and regulations Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience working in the IT industry will be an added advantage
