Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and selection of candidates. Develop and implement training programs for employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job functions effectively. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions. Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HR databases. Collaborate with management to. identify and address HR-related issues that impact the organization's overall performance. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or relevant experience 3+ years" experience in Human Resources Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills Attention to detail and good judgement Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
