JOB DESCRIPTION: Candidate will be Responsible for standardizing SOPs across all business verticals. He/she will also review and maintain the central processes repository of processes for audit and compliance with abilities to handle credit and underwriting cases. 4. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: Standardize SOPs across. all business verticals Maintain central processes repository of all BU wise processes for audit and compliance Collaborate with the Risk & Audit function to build robustness in the processes & ensure regular review with the business verticals Ensure compliance with processes and procedures Manage and control revisions of business processes Promote and drive digital transformation projects and customer journeys.
