: Vehicle underwriting and policies team works along with all business verticals and risk team towards building customer centric, effective, compliant and efficient processes Team also drives digital transformation projects and customer journeys to achieve desired business outcomes Team Promote and implement credit and underwriting strategies among various business units 3. JOB DESCRIPTION: Candidate will be Responsible for standardizing SOPs across all business verticals. He/she will also review and maintain the central processes repository of processes for audit and compliance with abilities to handle credit and underwriting cases. 4. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: Standardize SOPs across. all business verticals Maintain central processes repository of all BU wise processes for audit and compliance Collaborate with the Risk & Audit function to build robustness in the processes & ensure regular review with the business verticals Ensure compliance with processes and procedures Manage and control revisions of business processes Promote and drive digital transformation projects and customer journeys. (Business rule engine implementation and rule writing) To evaluate complete credit appraisal for vehicle loan proposals including credit assessment, document verification and ensure adherence to TAT. 5+ years (preferably in credit processes and underwriting) Key Skills : Credit Underwriting Auto Loan
