Established in March 2009, the company is currently a dealer of Maruti Suzuki India Limited, with a main 3S setup at JK Road, Bhopal and 3 smaller 3S setups at Barely, Begamganj, Berasia, icchawar, Vidisha (Coming Soon) and Raisen (Coming Soon). The Bhopal workshop has a capacity to cater to 2500 cars for mechanical service and 300 cars in the bodyshop per month. The NEXA setup at ISBT, Bhopal is another gem in the kitty and has been the top performing dealership in the Central Zone for NEXA. Role Description We are seeking a full-time on-site Customer Service Manager in Bhopal. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, managing customer inquiries and complaints, and leading the customer service team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a. related field; or equivalent work experience 5+ years of experience in customer service, with minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to lead and manage a team Familiarity with customer service software, databases and tools Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Ability to analyze data and generate reports Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends
