Job Description
What would you be doing/ Expected from this role
Come in shift and ensureall Hub activities are carried out in time to ensure targets on On-TimeDispatch of vehicles and On-Time delivery.
Specific activities to bedone and supervised:
Orders routing, Assigningof vehicles and CEEs.
Shift huddles.
Arrange adequate CEEs andvan as per orders load.
Coordinate with DC fortimely arrival of crates and clear any discrepancies.
Crate segregation and vanQC.
Dispatch of all vans ontime.
Monitoring of deliveriesand assist CEEs on locations and any process issues.
Record delivery exceptionson return of CEEs.
Coordinate with CS for anydelays, cancellations, and debit notes.
Who are we looking for
- 5 to 8 years of on ground experience in hiring and managing recruitment teams in the blue-collar hiring space.
- Excellent knowledge in the retail ecommerce industry
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments within a structured implementation methodology.
- Excellent Presentation skills
- Strong Analytical skills
- A motivated, self-directed individual that works well with minimal supervision.
- Experience in organizational communication (internal and external)
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to others; write reports, business correspondence, project plans, procedural documents, and playbooks.
- Experience working directly with higher management/leadership team is desirable.
- Should have the experience in managing multiple projects with stringent deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
