Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize Hub operations for seamless delivery management
- Lead and streamline the entire Logistics processes
- Drive key performance metrics to improve operational efficiency, including Delivery SLAs, Inventory Management
- Monitor real-time service levels and ensure schedule adherence for operational excellence.
- Handle invoice and inventory reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy.
What We Expect from You:
- Proven experience with performance metrics and continuous process improvement in operational roles.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools, with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and selling skills.
- Strong relationship management abilities with a willingness to embrace feedback and drive improvement.
