Handling Customers questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Providing best solutions to the customers
Setting goals and developing strategies to achieve the goal.

Qualifications to apply :
Graduate / Undergraduate can apply
Freshers and experience both can apply.
Excellent Communication skills.
Must have fluency in spoken English.
Comfortable with night shift.
