Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Key Account Manager - General Insurance(Business. Development). The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and identifying new business opportunities. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and meeting revenue targets. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the General insurance industry ( Motor , Health , Corporate GI ) Experience working in a Key Account Management role, managing high-value clients Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze and interpret data Adept at building and maintaining relationships with clients Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple priorities effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint Willingness to travel domestically Initiate new tie-ups with motor dealers, small corporates, NBFCs, Microfinance/Fin tech companies.
