Job Description

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - CA IDT located in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing the end-to-end indirect tax work, including compliance, advisory, litigation, and audits. They will be responsible for managing the team, identifying and mitigating tax risks, partnering with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of tax deliverables. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce degree and a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification 5+ years of experience in Indian indirect tax laws and regulations including Goods and Services Tax, Customs, Excise, Service Tax, VAT etc. Experience in advisory and compliance related to indirect tax Experience in drafting submissions, appeals, and representing clients before the tax authorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage stakeholders and work cross-functionally Strong analytical skills and attention to detail . Experience in a Big 4 accounting firm is Mandatory. Proficiency in MS Office and tax software is a plus
