Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced Oracle OTBI Reporting Specialist with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, Projects, and Payroll. This role requires hands-on experience in designing, developing, and optimizing complex OTBI reports. Youll work closely with functional leads, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver critical insights through custom reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop advanced OTBI reports across Oracle Cloud Financials, Projects, and Payroll modules
• Translate business requirements into optimized OTBI and BI Publisher reports
• Work with functional and technical teams to identify reporting gaps and propose solutions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and fine-tune OTBI reports for performance and accuracy
• Create and manage dashboards, KPIs, and ad hoc reports
• Ensure data security, accuracy, and compliance in all reporting outputs
• Document report logic, metadata usage, and data mappings for audit and reuse
• Train users and support UAT when needed

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud OTBI and BI Publisher
• Proven success in developing reports across Oracle Cloud Financials, Projects, and Payroll
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion data models, subject areas, and reporting architecture
• Hands-on with SQL and data joins relevant to OTBI
• Ability to work independently and deliver in high-pressure environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
