1. Responsible for achieving sales target for overall segment as well as individual category 2. Be single point of contact for channel partner till order has been delivered 3. Responsible for appointing new dealers & distributor; and managing existing network 4. Ensure no zero billing retailers in the geography 5. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled timeline 6. Ensure achievement of Primary and Secondary sales target 7. Ensure product visibility by maintaining proper product placement at retail venues 8. Introduce new product to all A and B class dealers in their areas 9. Execute and inform new schemes to channel partner and resolve their queries if any. 10. Increase yield per dealer as per assigned value.
