We have a job opportunity for the post of Regional sales manager with our client into 3D Printer Manufacturing company
Education: Mechanical engineering or similar
Relevant Experience 4 to 5 years Required
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction.
Manage a team of sales representatives; hiring, training, and performance monitoring.
Collaborate with the marketing department to identify new market opportunities.
Prepare and present regional sales forecasts and reports
Experience and Skills:
Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly at all levels of the organization.
Strong understanding of 3D printing technology and industry trends.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
Location: Ahmedabad, and Delhi NCR
Note : 2nd and 4th Saturday off
Salary: 6.60 LPA
