Job Description

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Telesales Executive.

A person with a soft voice and with good communication skill who can commutate the message/ query to the client properly as well one should have good listening skills and command on English, Hindi and local language.

Key responsibility

• Take customer feedback after project compilation.
• Lead allocation to sales person.
• Give proper company introduction to the client.
• Solve any query regarding products or services.
• Go through Zoho CRM leads.
• Provide support to and work cooperatively with sales team to achieve objectives. Accomplishes own tasks in support of team goals and actively offers to help colleagues.
• Contact the client and take their report for not doing project with the company.
• Provide support to the backend team if required.
• Handle all client with courtesy and professionalism.

Requirement of skills

• Proven expertise in telesales executive or relevant role.
• Excellent knowledge of MS office.
• Fast learner and passionate for work.
• Good communication skills.
