Sales Executive @ Talent Corner Hr

Job Description

• Target driven field sales
• Work in onboarding / subscribing new clients to Jewel Casa platform
• Meet jewellery retailers to increase adoption and purchase from Jewel Casas B2B Platform
• Customer relationship management and work with clients to increase purchase
• Maintain lead interaction details on CRM
• Work with management to improve services and products offered to the market
• Work will require frequent travel across key target cities / towns within territory

Candidate Requisites:

• Prior experience in sales is mandatory, B2B will be preferred
• Good verbal and communication skills - Hindi and spoken English
• Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences
• Prior knowledge of Jewelry and diamonds will be preferred
• Strong customer engagement skills will be needed
• Computer literate - Should have basic knowledge of Excel

Years of Experience: 3-5 years

Compensation:

• Fixed: 25K to 30K [3.0 LPA - 3.6 LPA]
• Incentives: Up to 1 Lac basis performance
• Benefits: Paid leaves

Educational Qualification: Graduation

Shift: Day Shift - 1 day off in the week

Gender Preference: Male only

Location: Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Indore/Bhopal, Chennai, Delhi, Calcutta [1 each location]
