Qualifications and Skills

• Any Degree / B.Tech / PG. or a related field
• Proven experience in educational counseling, preferably 1 to 4 years
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to empathize with students and understand their needs
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of educational systems, curriculum, and career pathways
• Sales and convincing skills to assist students in making informed decisions
• Computer literacy and proficiency in using counseling software and tools
• Telecalling skills to reach out to students and parents
• Ability to drive results and meet counseling targets
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and guidance to students and parents regarding educational programs, career options, and courses for students who want to study abroad
• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address academic, personal, and career-related concerns
• Assess the educational needs and requirements of students and recommend suitable programs and courses
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the education sector to provide accurate and up-to-date information to students
• Collaborate with educational institutions, employers, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate student placements and internships
• Maintain records of counseling sessions, student progress, and outcomes
• Participate in workshops, seminars, and training programs to enhance counseling skills
• Contribute to the development and improvement of counseling programs and services
