Job Description

Key Responsibilities Responsible for In store and outdoor marketing communications across the region. Generate walk-ins, Customization of BTL activities as per offers to generate maximum awareness, taking brand ahead across the region. Analysis competition report, review of offers in terms of sale generated, redemption of marketing GV etc. Planning for all the ATL and BTL activities media Planning for Print & TVs ad for Gujarat region, by Coordination with Agency & HO Marketing team. Developing all the marketing strategy and plan for all SOV to create brand buzz in the region. Vendor Management from implementation of marketing plan to till their accountability for the region. Monitoring and executing marketing campaigns for the brand including digital, social and on ground activities according to marketing calendar. Regionally Tie-up with the MNC & other Retailers to drive footfalls & enhance customer experience on his/her every shopping trip to our store. Ensuring. all the communication expenditure is within Budget. Ordering & providing all the HL Inventory and track for the regular distribution of 100% in the region. Ensure all the basic SOPs are followed and implemented. Training staff regarding In-store SOP signages. Train the different staff, new and existing for creating awareness of NPS, deliverables and positive customer experience. Conducting training at zonal level. Conducting audits to ensure smooth processing. Ensure good customer experience both for internal customer and external customers. Ensure about Vendor Account reco, Purchase Order Management system of the generated expenditure
