As our Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to support the business development goals. You will: Develop and execute marketing plans that align with demand generation and brand awareness goals and objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer behaviours, and competitor strategies. Create compelling and engaging content, including copywriting, graphics, and videos, for use in marketing campaigns across a range of channels. Manage campaigns/events across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media, digital advertising, and more to ensure effective digital and physical presence of the company. Analyze data to measure the success of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement. Build and manage a team of marketing professionals. Work closely with other teams within the company, including product development, sales, and customer support, to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with the company's overall goals. Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively. Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and technologies. Requirements We are looking for someone who: Engineering graduate with masters degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Has 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing in IT industry with minimum 2 years of team management experience. Has a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing initiatives. Is an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills. Is analytical and data-driven with a proven ability to extract insights from data. In depth knowledge of SEO and SEM, digital marketing, social media, and content marketing. Is able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Is proficient in marketing analytics tools and software. Is passionate about making a difference in the world through technology.
