In this role, you will be responsible for understanding customer queries and help resolve the same through both voice and non-voice. process, promong the products and ensuring customer sasfacon. About Us: Job Summary: Key Responsibilies: Addressing the incoming queries of customers through calls, chats, emails and social media plaorms. Resolving complaints through interacve communicaon to ensure customer sasfacon. Connecng with customers on calls as and when required. Idenfying and assessing customer's needs and promong the products through upselling and cross-selling. Helping with personalizaon and customizaon as per customer requirements. Understanding why customers abandoned their carts and trying to assist them in making the conversions. Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and providing accurate and complete informaon to the customers. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interacons, orders, and feedback in our CRM system. Building sustainable relaonships and trust with customers and ensure customer retenon. REQUIREMENTS : Previous experience in customer service, preferably in both voice and non-voice process. Exceponal communicaon skills, both verbal and wrien, with a persuasive and customer-focused approach. Must be uent in both English and Hindi. Fluency in any addional language will be a plus. Strong interpersonal skills to build relaonships and connect with customers eecvely. Prociency in using CRM soware. Ability to mul-task and priorize tasks eecvely. Detail-oriented with excellent organizaonal and me management skills. A passion for apparel industry is a plus, as it will contribute to your ability to connect with customers and promote our products eecvely.
