Position: Head-HR & Admin (Renewable Energy EPC Company)
- To provide high quality leadership, ensure HR credibility and manage an effective and efficient HR function which delivers proactive and business focused HR services & solutions
- Formulating and ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies practices and processes for consistent and sustainable delivery in line with the business strategies and values.
- To design and implement programs, processes, policies necessary to attract, recruit, induct & on-board talent for ensuring an effective manning of the structure.
- Manage Talent Acquisition for various roles within the company
- To ensure optimal staffing for the structures through an effective manpower planning and review mechanism including forecast of manpower requirements and fulfillment through an effective mix of internal growth & mobility and external recruitment.
- Capability Building, Learning and Development, Career Planning, Managing Performance
- To build the capabilities of the organization and its people through various initiatives and programs focusing on a competency-based learning approach.
- Advising top management on modifying policies where required
- Manage admin related matters of the company
- Employee Engagement
- Championing Employee issues, Grievance and Disciplinary issues management
- Compensation & Benefits Program Management, Rewards & Recognition, Policies & Processes, HRIS and Reporting
- To develop fair and transparent compensation and benefits programs rewarding performance
- Ensure regular HR reporting to stakeholders for effective decision making
- HR policy & process management & communication
Requirements:
- MBA (HR)
- 8-15 yrs of experience in HR with some experience in a startup taking care of HR and Admin
- Should be a very proactive person with eagerness to grow
- Good communication and people management skills
