Skill: demand generation , campaign management , marketing campaigns , campaigns , social media marketing , content marketing , email marketing , ppc , marketing strategy , google adwords , marketing automation , marketing , google analytics , lead nurturing; Exp: 8-11 years; Qualifications Needs 8 years of experience in marketing and experience within the B2B, SaaS industry and at least 4 years of team management experience Needs to know Lead Generation, Lead Nurturing, Demand Generation, Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, Campaign Management, Web Traffic and Conversion, Lead Qualification Programs, Automated Nurture Campaigns, Marketing Funnel Management Hands-on experience in Marketing Automation tools, Google Analytics, Google Adwords and LinkedIn Ads. Experience implementing inbound and outbound email marketing SEM/ optimizing PPC campaigns in Google Ads, display, programmatic, email marketing experience VERY IMPORTANT - Goal oriented and metrics driven Is a critical thinker. and problem-solver Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask Examples of Regular Projects Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy and marketing plan to meet goals Building monthly and quarterly marketing plans and overall marketing strategy Planning directing, and coordinating marketing campaigns Developing promotions Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing Organizing company events (webinars, videocasts, podcasts) Building brand awareness and positioning Developing and managing advertising campaigns
