Job Description
Set strategic and operational priorities for the marketing function, including goals and objectives across different channels, resources, and budgets required. Build and execute a brand and competitive positioning strategy in the target markets (US, UK, and Western Europe). Devise and implement data-led customer acquisition strategies for Contify, optimizing the sales funnel. Develop content marketing and demand generation campaigns/programs to generate robust sales pipelines. Strategize and experiment on a multitude. of paid and unpaid digital channels, including but not restricted to PPC, social (paid & unpaid), partnerships & affiliates, SEO, content, and email to find the most effective pipeline generation strategies. Lead a marketing team of 4 to 8 team members, including marketing manager/ executives, product marketing, content writer, design, and data team members. Manage relationships with third-party agencies, such as SEO, Content, etc., to best utilize the additional resources and maximize the return on investment. Work closely with sales teams to optimize conversion rates. Develop and manage analysts/ journalists/influencers/ relationships to communicate relevant messages and reinforce brand Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Technical Discipline; MBA desirable. Understanding of marketing, especially around different channels and the different parts of the customer lifecycle and funnels. 8+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, and/or account-based marketing. 5+ years of experience in software marketing, preferably B2B SaaS. Experience in digital marketing: Marketing Automation tools, CRM, SEO/SEM, drip email campaigns, content marketing, social media marketing, etc. Proven pedigree in growing start-ups and contribution towards scaling them Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
