Job Vacancy :  SALES MANAGER -Mining and Port Operations

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a minimum of 5 years in-depth expertise in handling clients within the mining and port operations sector for Fog maker and a Swedish brand Fire Detection and Suppression System.

The ideal candidate should possess strong value-selling capabilities and a proven track record of successfully navigating the complexities of these industries.

Job Responsibilities 

• Develop and execute sales strategies to target and engage mining operators and port operators.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with our products or services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, specifically within the mining and port operations sector.
• Strong understanding of the intricacies of the mining and port industries.
• Demonstrated success in value-based selling and solution-oriented approaches.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

EXPERIENCE:  5 Years -10 Years

Salary : 3.5LPA 4.5 LPA

Location:  Jharkhand,Chhattisgarh
