   Job Responsibilities / Key Accountability:

1)      Identification and recruitment of Agents to source Motor Insurance

2)      Imparting training to agents and do joint calls with them

3)      Ensures Agents are active month on month

4)      Strictcly adhere to Company process and compliances

5)      Agents training and motivation

Candidature Requirement

1)      Candidate should be graduate with age  below 38 Years.

2)      Candidate should have exp. in motor agency Channel with good agent base.

3)      Should have good geographical knowledge

4)      Candidate should be graduate with age  below 38 Years.

5)      Candidate should have exp. in Health agency Channel with good agent base.

6)      Should have good geographical knowledge.
