Our Care Center, based in Bangalore, is staffed 24/7 by a highly qualified and trained critical care team that includes super-specialist doctors, nurses, dieticians, and pharmacologists. The clinical team uses our proprietary platform, RADAR, to connect to hospital ICUs to oversee and manage the care of critically ill patients across multiple regions. RADAR, built by our technology experts, incorporates automation, computer vision, real-time video, and data analytics to help expert care providers connect to and care for patients. What were looking for: As we scale up our operations, we seek rockstars with a. proven successful track record to drive revenue, user acquisition, and brand awareness to join our team. Our perfect fit for this role will be organized, meticulous, demonstrate attention to detail, and have strong ownership values. You are expected to ideate, strategize, and implement marketing plans to acquire influencers and customers. You will be working with our super enthusiastic commercial and clinical teams. As we are on full throttle in expansion mode, you will be wearing multiple hats and are expected to be a multitasker with solid time management skills. Roles and responsibilities: a. Content Strategy - Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with the business. Create compelling and high-quality content for various channels, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, and social media. b. Digital Marketing - Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email, and online advertising. Utilize SEO strategies to optimize content and website for search engines. Manage and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Google Search ads c. Social Media Management - Manage and grow Cloudphysician's presence on social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook. Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase engagement and followers. d. Lead Generation - Work closely with the sales team to create content that supports lead-generation efforts. Implement lead nurturing strategies to convert leads into customers. e. Analytics and Reporting - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of content and digital marketing efforts. Provide regular reports on marketing campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. f. Collaboration - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure consistent messaging and brand image. Desired skill set: MBA in Marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred. Having 7-10 years of proven experience leading a team and working with diverse matrixed stakeholders, creating and executing strong performance marketing strategy and execution plan. Should have experience in B2B & B2C integrated marketing Knowledge of Analytics, Attribution, CRM, and Planning tools would be an added advantage. Ability to manage scale (strong knowledge of organized players (SM media platforms / Google, etc) and affiliate platforms as well as experience in building fresh acquisition sources by challenging the status quo and envisaging a spectrum of possibilities beyond plain vanilla optimization towards automation.
