We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with over 6 years of experience in gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and translating them into functional specifications. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
• Data Analysis : Analyze business data and identify trends to support decision-making processes and provide insights that help in strategic planning.
• Process Improvement : Assess current business processes and workflows, and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and streamline operations.
• Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process maps, use cases, and project reports.
• Stakeholder Management : Serve as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Project Coordination : Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables while managing project scope and risks.
• Testing and Validation : Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs and are functioning as expected.
• Reporting : Develop and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to stakeholders using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

Qualifications:

• Experience : Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in [specific industry, e.g., Finance, Healthcare, IT, etc.].
• Education : Bachelors degree in Business Administration , Computer Science , Information Technology , or a related field.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in Excel , SQL , and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau .
• Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from complex data sets.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Agile Methodologies : Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments and familiarity with tools like Jira or Trello .
• Certifications (preferred): CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), PMP , or other relevant certifications.
