Mandatory skillsets include: Snowflake, Matillion, Python, and Spark. Role Responsibility Skillset Primary Responsibility ETL Design & Development: Design, develop, and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses or data lakes.
Data Integration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and integrate data from multiple systems and platforms.
Data Quality Assurance: Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize ETL processes for performance and efficiency, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
Production Support - Monitor critical jobs, ensure job failures are promptly addressed, and perform troubleshooting as needed.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of ETL processes, data mappings, and workflows for knowledge sharing and compliance.
Collaboration: Collaborate with data architects and analysts to design data models and ensure data is structured for analysis.
Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot ETL-related issues, providing timely solutions to minimize impact on data availability.
